We have reasons to believe that Tekno may have felt very bad about MC Galaxy’s shade that he (Tekno) goes home with just 20% of the money he generates for Tripple-MG while his boss Ubi Franklin goes home with the Lion Share.
Fans had already predicted that Tekno may react to the shade by leaving Tripple-MG and setting up a label for himself where he’ll get 100% income. It seems Tekno is doing just that. However, the Ebonyi State singer is being careful about it in order not to stir up any controversies and a possible fall out with Ubi Franklin like Wizkid did with Banky.
So, he possibly decided to initiate his exit by setting up a recording studio for himself in faraway America so it won’t seem like he is leaving his present label. But if he is actually leaving, he will eventually transform his studio into a label and start producing and promoting his songs by himself. His other fans, however, have an alternate opinion about this.
According to them, Tekno is pained by MC Galaxy’s shade and seeks to grow his well of income by owning a studio in the US which will serve as an additional source of revenue for him. We’re not sure which one it is. But then, thumbs up to Tekno for the initiative.
