Focus on just one thing at a time
The thing about multitasking is that you are bound to get things done in the hurried and less than acceptable manner. When you take your chores one at a time you are able to concentrate fully and also come out with better results.
Make lists
Before retiring to bed at night make a list of all the things you want to do the following day then you can have a visual reminder of all the things that need to be done without dilly-dallying.
Say 'No' to Things
Not just anything though, always remember that you always have the right to make sure choice so don't waste time doing what you don't want to do or accepting offers you don't find appealing when you can as well say a big 'NO' or turn them down politely.
Create little free time between meetings
Don't set a schedule you can't follow through with, make sure there's always some wiggle time in between the time you set for meetings so you don't rush through the whole day without having time to relax.
